We suggest that you register with us even if we do not have a property that you require right now. We actively seek properties for rent and if a landlord knows you are waiting on their property and have an idea of when you want to move in, we can move you in with ease. As a result, we will rent most properties before they are advertised on the website. Don’t miss out.

We can conduct viewings to suite you. Viewings are available Monday to Saturday between 8am to 8pm. We have provided detailed description and pictures of the properties to assist you in deciding which may be more suitable to your requirements so that a viewing appointment is used to confirm your first impression.

Deposit

On application, a reservation amount will be required. If the Landlord or we decline your application it will be refunded deducting our agency fee. It will however not be refunded if you decide not to proceed for any reason, or if the tenancy fails to proceed due to incomplete or inaccurate information given in by you in tenancy application.

Tenancy Agreement

All Tenancies are Assured Short Holds Housing Act 1988. Once the tenancy agreement has been completed and you move into a property we will inform all utility companies (gas, electric and water) of the new tenancy and provide them with accurate meter readings. We will also inform the local authorities of the new tenancy.
